Due to our limited class sizes, Gemini Ink must keep cancellations to a minimum. These cancellations must be in writing. Email info@geminiink.org or mail to 1111 Navarro, SA, TX 78205. Telephone calls are not acceptable.

  • Students who cancel their registration with at least 2 weeks’ notice will be eligible for a refund of their course fees, less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Students who cancel with less than two weeks’ notice will be given the opportunity to apply their funds towards another course within a year of the class date, OR assign their enrollment fee to someone else for that class, in which case no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Students who withdraw on the day of the workshop or fail to attend, are not eligible to receive a refund or any other consideration.
  • Should Gemini Ink cancel a class for any reason at any time, you will be refunded your money in full.

We ask that as soon as you know you need to cancel/reschedule, you contact us so that we may fill your slot. This allows Gemini Ink to assure that all classes are as full as possible, thus bringing you the best possible writers.
