Q: Where can I send my powerpoint and other files for my presentation?

A: Send all files for a full-tech presentation to by July 16th


Q: How do I sell my books at the bookfair?

A: Email to receive a consignment form with the Twig Bookshop. Forms are due by July 17th.



Q: How much does a day pass cost?

A: $35, $25 for Gemini Ink members, veterans, seniors, and students


Q: When and where can I buy a day pass?

A: You can purchase one online at or at the registration table in El Tropicana Hotel Lobby the day of the conference.


Q: What comes with a day pass/ what does it entail?

A: A full day of panels and evening events, and access to our small press book fair on Saturday.


Q: Are all conference events going to be held at El Tropicano Hotel?

A: There are two evening events held outside the hotel: one on Friday night at Brick at Blue Star and one on Saturday night at the Radius Center. Both events are free and open to the public. 


Q: Where can I park?

A: Attendees have several options for parking:

1) There is a new, multi-floor, parking garage now by The Tobin Center that is very close to El Tropicano:

2) We offer a $10 discount event parking rate for the actual El Tropicano parking lot for the days of the conference for our attendees. When you leave the El Tropicano lot, use the discount code to get the event discount. This parking does NOT offer in and out privileges.

3) There is an outdoor lot at the Radius Center with $6 Hospitality Parking at 415 E Martin St
