Internships

Our internships offer rewarding opportunities for growing your skills, networking, and participating in free creative writing classes. Gemini Ink interns support, implement and promote the organization’s writing programs, class sessions, special events, and outreach projects throughout the San Antonio community. All internships have set schedules and require regular attendance.

To apply for an internship: please complete the Intern Application and submit it with a cover letter, resume, and 3-page writing sample to the program of your choice. All internships offer a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week. Internships are unpaid.

Partner Classes Teaching Artists

Opportunity for Professional Writers
If you have experience teaching creative writing and want to help bring creative writing, reading, storytelling, and thinking to diverse communities as a teaching artist for our Partner Classes, we want to meet you. Volunteer

Build your network and strengthen your skills by volunteering at San Antonio’s Writing Arts Center. Gemini Ink offers volunteer positions on an ongoing basis. We regularly need help with our Autograph Series, and Inkstravaganza Gala.
