Need guidance beginning that book project you’ve been thinking about for months or years? Look no further! Join Wondra Chang on a four-week journey through the book writing process. Week by week, we will delve into everything from your character’s emotional patterns and actions, to debunking writing rules you’ve been told to follow. You will also receive tools and advice that minimize writer’s block and energize your creative process. You will leave this class with characters who come alive and move the story, a synopsis, title, and opening paragraph to your novel or memoir, and confidence that your story is worth telling.
This 3-session workshop is designed to empower writers with revision techniques to apply to memoir, essays, flash, short stories, or novels. Whether trying to revise a stand-alone chapter or considering the broader arc of your full manuscript, these techniques are graspable, effective, and empowering.
